After appearing on the main stage at C2C festival in London last year, Brothers Osborne announced their 2025 ‘Might As Well Be Us World Tour’. John, TJ and the band entered with a bang when they opened with their hit song ‘Might As Well Be Me.’The stage presence of the rock-country duo was electric from the moment they walked on stage.

Songs that stood out for me from the setlist were ‘Nobody’s Nobody’ and it was just as fun as it was when it was performed at C2C festival last March. I love this track as it explores the idea of everybody being someone and makes an appearance on the Brother’s fourth studio album ‘Brothers Osborne’ released in 2023. Amidst the powerful vocals, the guitar solos stole the show. I love how talented John and TJ are, and how they are able to harmonise together and then let their guitars tell their stories. One of my favourite guitar solo moments was when the duo performed ‘Stay A Little Longer’ as the song has a whole section in which the brothers can showcase their amazing musical abilities, and this was really awesome to see live, as it was not on the C2C setlist.

I really enjoyed the performance of ‘Skeletons’ from Brothers Osborne’s third studio album in 2020, Skeletons. This was a nostalgic moment for me as I used to listen to the album on repeat when I was about fifteen. This was the first Brothers Osborne album my mum played to me and I loved it. So getting to see this live was pretty cool. I think the way John and TJ interact with each other on stage is clearly very comfortable. Their sibling bond makes performing together on stage easy as they make such a great and electrifying duo.

There were a few covers performed throughout the night, done very well. However the best cover of the night, and arguably the best moment of the night was the appearance of the county legend Darius Rucker! John and TJ surprised fans with a guest appearance, and I did have my suspicions as Darius has just disclosed he has moved to the UK. The trio sang a cover of Dwight Yoakam’s ‘Guitars, Cadillacs’ in which Darius was beaming and John and TJ were thrilled to have him on stage, as were the audience! Darius also brought the party with his swagger as he always does! The brothers also covered ‘I Won’t Back Down’ in honour of Tom Petty on the 2024 album ‘Petty Country.’ This was a crowd - pleaser, as was the slower cover of Bob Marley’s ‘Three Little Birds.’

Before the encore, the night ended with ‘It Ain’t My Fault’ which everyone sang along to, and clapped away to. I also want to give credit to the band as they worked so hard all night and sounded absolutely fantastic. The Hammond Organ in particular sounded amazing, and really brought the songs to life.

All in all Brothers Osborne never fail to impress me with their electrifying stage presence and vocals. Hope to see you guys back in the UK soon for more awesomeness!
