The Riverfront Stage was absolutely buzzing with infectious energy as Drew Baldridge took the stage, proving himself to be an exceptionally excitable performer with a deep, unwavering connection to his country roots. Kicking things off with the anthemic "Country Boy In Me," Baldridge immediately set a vibrant tone, showcasing his undeniable passion and drawing the crowd into his world from the very first note. Having lived in Nashville for fourteen years, his comfort and ease on stage were palpable, a testament to his extensive experience and dedication to his craft, feeling right at home in front of thousands of fans.

Baldridge treated fans to a delightful and extensive dose of country nostalgia, weaving in beloved 90s country hits that had the entire audience singing along. Highlights included a crowd-pleasing rendition of Tim McGraw's iconic "I Like It, I Love It," which truly got bodies swaying. He also paid a heartfelt and poignant tribute to the late, great Toby Keith, a moment that resonated deeply with the crowd, and thrilled the audience with a powerful nod to the legendary Brooks & Dunn, culminating in a lively 90s medley mash-up that was pure country gold. Beyond the classics, Drew also passionately highlighted his latest single, "Tough People," currently climbing the country radio charts, sharing a moving and personal story behind its theme of resilience and perseverance. An inspiring independent success story, Baldridge famously cultivated his grassroots following by playing for over 400 people in their very own backyards, and his self-released "She's Somebody's Daughter" soared all the way to number one, showcasing his incredible journey and profound connection with his dedicated fanbase.
