"The new single, “call me when you land” is a song about expecting the worst when things are good. The actual term is usually used between people who care about each other. I turned it into the concept of “call me when it's over for you”. Basically saying let me know when you're out of love, because I am ~expecting~ it. Sometimes when things are so high we wait on their downfall. We self sabotage and can't just accept that we deserve good things. This song amplifies the fear of losing what's been good to you,” shares Ashley
As a natural storyteller, the Artist You Need To Watch (Holler) draws inspiration from her life experiences, crafting songs that reflect what she has seen and lived. Her heartfelt lyrics and relatable narratives aim to connect with listeners profoundly, making them feel understood and valued. Throughout the past year, Ashley has received press mentions in Billboard, Sweety High, Wide Open Country, and several other publications.
